“DB Interiors have been instrumental in assisting with the leasing of a tricky vacancy in my property at 5 High St.
The character tenancy was empty and did not have a meeting room. DB did some render showing indicative layout options, and provided these very quickly and cost effectively. I could then share these with the agents and shortly thereafter we got the tenancy leased.
DB then carried out the small amount of works that the tenant required in a professional manner.

Whilst this was a small job for them in terms of both renders and works, it added a lot of value to the leasing process and therefore to the owners.”

“We entered into an RFP for the refit and extension of our office. DB Interiors provided a proposed design and a quote that was very competitive and within our expectations. They planned out the project in some detail and managed the project over one of our busiest times of the year, while still enabling us to utilise the remaining office space and facilities. We had a dedicated and very accommodating project and site manager which made the management of the project through on central point much more pragmatic and effective. Like any project, once you start there is always things you want to vary and these contract variations were dealt with in a very constructive manner with transparent and fair pricing. “Eve’s Engaged db Interiors towards the end of last year after working with them on a number of previous successful projects. We tested the market and found them to be competitive in terms of what we were requiring. The team were excellent in the process of council consenting and managing other tenants through this process. We the discussed the target delivery to be pre-Christmas which was achieved with practical completion and CPU from council.There were some hiccups from Council, not of the making of db Interiors in any way, but the db team dealt with them without hassle or fuss and got the job done in time. They helped to refine the design and value engineer finishes to maintain our desired look and feel, and manage the project easily from a budget management point of view. The teams technical knowledge meant we had no concerns with the external building entry/change and all compliance was handled smoothly. The way they handled the landlord works in conjunction with our works was brilliant. They made sure the timeline wasn’t affected in anyway and worked through the breakdown in costings so we could clearly articulate this to the landlord. The communication from start to finish was great and Jared worked really well with the team to make sure the small number of defects were dealt with accordingly.
