Here is an overview of what to expect when you plan your fit-out with DB Interiors.
1- Initial Meeting/We Determine Your Needs
Business Structure/Your Teams
During your first visit with us, we will sit with you and listen to you explain your business structure and your team configurations. All companies are different and there is no cookie-cutter way to design an office space. No matter the size of your company, we will ensure that your work environment reflects your business’ requirements. If there are a total of three employees or upwards to three hundred, we will make sure that the space you have available is designed in order to achieve maximum productivity and full employee satisfaction. Don’t forget to tell us everything that we need to know about your company in order to produce for you the best fit-out possible.
Have Ideas of Your Own?
You may come in with some ideas of your own regarding the design of your space. Our designers are open to hearing them and working with them. Don’t worry if you don’t have any ideas, you can leave it in our hands to take over. No matter what your situation is, our designers are there to help you.
2- Decide What is Achievable
We all sometimes have grandiose dreams that look good on paper, but that don’t translate so well in real life. We will determine with you what can be achieved in the space that you have available. By listening to your concerns we will zone in on the important factors to keep in mind when planning your space.
Your collaboration is essential in order to stay within range of your company budget. With you, we will determine what is most important so that costs are spent on the right elements within the project scope. With your concerns in mind, we will present a workable and achievable concept that meets all of your professional requirements.
3-We Work with Your Budget
Maximize Your Investment
We are determined to work within your financial plan. Our goal is for you to maximise your investment and be completely satisfied with your final office fit-out. Every step is detailed and you will know exactly the breakdown of the costs within the project.
After our initial meeting, our team sets out to measure your space and all areas to be worked in. With measurements in hand we can then proceed to cost your project accordingly and accurately.
We go straight into researching and designing your concept. Our team works through all the details keeping in mind all important elements of your business structure and philosophies.
You then get to see detailed conceptual layouts of the space which we can still tweak and work on until you are completely satisfied.
After the preliminary concept is approved, we will move forward into the finer details of the project.
We will present to you colour schemes to choose from. If you mentioned in our initial meeting that you prefer certain colours over others, we take that into consideration. You must be comfortable with the colour combos in your office and they need to reflect the nature of your business.
The spatial consultation will determine the final layout of all elements in your space. Together we will look at all the features and components and decide where everything will go.
When colour and spatial decisions are agreed upon, our expert team of designers draw 3D renders of your project. With these 3D visuals you will see exactly what your space will look like when the project is finalised.
5-Sign Off Design and Proposal
This is the stage in the process where all components and elements of your office fit-out are clear and everyone has agreed and is satisfied. You make final approvals and sign off on the work to be done.
We then set up a production schedule with you and accommodate your company as best we can. We set deadlines and keep you informed of any possible delays or changes in the initial plan.
6-Start Fit-out Execution
This is where the real work starts and this is where you start to see actual results. We keep you up to date with everything as we progress with the actual work.
We put together a team that will manage all aspects of your fit-out project and with whom you can communicate your concerns or ask your questions to.
Our execution team is constructed based upon your business’ needs and requirements. We send out quality labourers to execute the work that needs to be done in your space. Every team member knows exactly what to do and is competent in his/her field.
We hire sub-contractors to do specialty jobs inside of your project should the need arise. We work with only experienced companies that we trust so you don’t have to worry about anything.
This is where we deliver your new office space that is ready to welcome you and your staff. Together we make final quality checks and you make us aware of any questions or concerns that you may have.
